On Tuesday, April 28, our offices were broken into. Thieves took our computers and our servers, but we take extra measures to protect our customers’ information. We want to reassure our customers that all information on our computers and servers was both password protected and encrypted.
The thieves also stole our only red truck. As long as our crews are not driving a red truck, you can be assured they are legitimate and do work for Nature’s Helper. If you see a red truck with our logo, please contact the police.
To further put you at ease, we want you to know that any documents containing credit card information are routinely shredded and properly disposed of. We don’t keep any records of credit card numbers. There is no confidential or sensitive personal information stored on our electronic equipment.

Our back-up systems are in place and go beyond what some other installers or smaller businesses provide in terms of protection.
